Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actor for more than 20 years. She is well known for portraying Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House, as Lura Grant on HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson in the AMC show Mad Men. The most well-known character played by Anne Dudek is Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 movie White Chicks. Also, she was known for her role as the character Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House as well as Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Dudek is a Massachusetts native who attended Northwestern University. It was in Northwestern that she received her debut acting role on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle. This was an off-Broadway production, located situated in New York City. There she won the Joseph E. CALLOWAY award for her outstanding show. American Theater Magazine featured her as one the 10 best theatre actors to observe. Dudek found roles on TV and in movies. Matthew Heller, the talented actress, mother of two behind the camera, was her husband from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek was originally was born at Boston Massachusetts, on March 22 in 1975. Her home was Newton. Her early years were spent in Newton, where she was a student at Northwestern University. She appeared in numerous theater productions and also made her Broadway debut with Wrong Mountain. The performance in 2000 as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy in which she appeared. Since then, she's been a guest on a number of TV shows like Desperate housewives, Friends of How I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. In addition, she portrayed Lucinda in the pilot episode for Psych. In the following episode, she was an instructor at a high school who has romance with one of her students on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was then cast in the role of Amber Volakis. She was one of the 40 doctors Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent jobs on his staff. It began during the season four of House. The character of Amber Volakis continued to be featured throughout the series, until it was killed off at the finale in House's Heart. The character would be re-introduced as a hallucination by House in the episode of the fifth season Saviors later appearing as such for the remainder of the season. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson and in Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both with recurring characters. In the year 2010, Dudek joined the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks the sister of the central character. Dudek has also been seen in films playing the part of the heir to the cruise line Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
